- Candidates are advised to visit www.stipendii.mon.gov.mk and make an online account using their personal Email address and Password. You can apply either online or in hard form.
- If you are submitting your application in hard copy then download the application form, fill out all the fields sign the declaration form, and submit it to the relevant Embassy or higher education council in your home country.
- Attach your passport and scanned copies of your high school transcripts along with the application form.
