Eligibility Criteria of Fully Funded Ireland Fellowship Programs 2025-26
To be eligible for the Ireland Fellows Program for the academic year 2025 candidates must meet the requirements as follows:
- Belong to the Eligible country designed by the Ireland program
- A complete Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3.0 out of 4.0 CGPA scale
- Should not be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree from any University within Ireland or in their own countries.
- A work experience of at least 3 years inclusively on sustainable developmental projects or Economic development strategies.
- Initially, Candidates don’t need IELTS at the time of applying. But once selected they need to go for the Online Duolingo test and then afterward IELTS examination is needed.

Application Procedure for Fully Funded Ireland Fellowship Programs 2025-26
The Ireland Fellowship Application Form consists of 3 Stages:
Stage 1: Application Form 2025/26
- First, you need to check your Country’s Eligibility. If you are eligible then create an Online Account, put your Email and password to get the Application Form. Download and fill out all the personal information then send it via Email to the relevant Embassy in your home country.
- You need to attach Scanned copies of your Passport and Undergraduate Degree Certificates. Otherwise, if you only send an application form the Embassy will not accept it.
Step 2: Detailed Ireland Fellowship Application form
- If you pass the first stage then you need to go for the Duolingo English Test, candidates who score at least 120 points get selected for further processes.
- Additionally, Candidates who don’t appear in IELTS don’t need to worry if they have any alternative English language requirement certificate.
- Deadline: Starts 23 September 2024 and closes on 18 October 2024.
Stage 3: Interviews
- A final step for applicants who pass stages 1 and 2 is an online interview conducted by the Ireland selection committee.
- After that, a careful evaluation in interviewing all the successful candidates get an admission offer Email and are directed to the Irish Financial Aid Scholarship
