Eligibility Criteria of King Abdulaziz University Scholarship 2025

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree diplomas are required
Age must be less than or equal to 35 years old for Master’s applicants, and for PhD applicants, it should not exceed 40.
Submit at least two academic reference letters
Candidates must present TOEFL 500 PBT / 61 iBT or IELTS 5.0 minimum.
