- All International students are eligible to apply.
- Undergraduate students must be under 25 with an outstanding academic performance in higher secondary school.
- Master’s Degree students need to have a fresh or maximum 3 years old Bachelor’s Degree and be under the age of 35.
- In addition for Doctoral studies candidates must possess a Master’s Degree and the age should be a maximum of 40.
- English Language Requirements: For non-native English speakers it is required to have IELTS 5.5/TOEFL 80 or other proof of their English proficiency.
- Applicants applying for Chinese-taught programs require HSK Level4 180 or above.
- Furthermore, students already receiving other scholarships are not eligible to apply for the Presidential scholarship program. If they were caught receiving another scholarship then they would have to refund all the fees.
