Benefits of KAIST Graduate Scholarship 2026

The Korean Government offers graduate scholarships to students in their Master’s and PhD level that covers the following expenses.

  • Full tuition fee is covered.
  • Living expenses and project costs are provided to all awardees.
  • A monthly stipend of 350,000 KRW is granted to Master’s Students

Eligibility Criteria of KAIST Graduate Scholarship 2026

  • International Students are eligible to apply
  • The minimum CGPA should be 3.0/4.0
  • Candidates must have strong Research skills
  • For admission to Master’s, a complete Bachelor’s degree is required, and for PhD (Master’s degree)

Students must possess an English Proficiency Certificate with the Scores listed below:

  • TOEFL iBT score should be a minimum of 83
  •  6.5 band for IELTS

Online Registration

  • Candidates need to fill out the KAIST Graduate application form with valid personal and academic information.
  • Scan and upload the required documents in PDF format
