Application Procedure for Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships Switzerland
- Check Eligibility: Visit the link www.sbfi.admin.ch/scholarships_eng and check your Country’s eligibility and Scholarships for the degree programs you intend to apply.
- Find a Supervisor: Find a Supervisor in a Swiss university and submit your research proposal. It is to be noted that the research work must align with your field of interest.
3. Download the Application form: Then download the application form from here. Print it and fill out all the sections. It is required to submit two copies of your application along with the documents to the Swiss Embassy within the home country if you are an International student.
4. Selection: The Federal Commission for Scholarships (FCS) informs the successful candidates via Email and asks for further processes and documents. Selection of candidates is made based on the following Criteria:

5. Start of Classes: New classes will start in September 2025, at the Swiss academic host institution.
